If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You have 14 calendar days to return eligible items from the date that you received them.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All items must be in their original packaging.

Customer returns are subject to the following restrictions:

• All food items (including Del’s Lemonade Make at Home Mix), novelty beverage cups/containers, and gift kits are not eligible for returns.
• All unopened (i.e., still in their original wrapping) apparel items may be returned. Apparel items that have been used or have been removed from their original packaging are not eligible for returns.
• Headwear may not be returned.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned order, we will inspect it to determine whether it is eligible for a refund. If your returned items meet the conditions specified in the returns section above, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, please allow 5-10 business days to receive this refund.

Shipping:

• All customers are responsible for return shipment costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your returned items are approved for a refund, the original shipping costs for your order will be deducted from your refund.
