THE DEL’S DISTRIBUTORSHIP PROGRAM
Similar to our franchise program, under the Del's Distributorship Program, you will be granted an exclusive territory in which we will open no other franchises or distributorships. As a Del's distributor, you will act as an intermediary between our office and the retail consumer. Your role will involve actively marketing and distributing our product within your designated territory. This could include incorporating our products as new offerings in your existing business, establishing a separate store-front and/or mobile units (i.e. carts, food trucks, food trailers) for the exclusive purpose of selling Del's Soft Frozen Lemonade, or simply wholesaling our products to third-party retail vendors, such as restaurants, ice-cream shops, and other specialty stores within your designated territory.
Once you are approved as a Del's Distributor, you will receive training on procuring materials and supplies, as well as advice for actively preparing, selling, and marketing Del's within your territory. Should you choose to open a traditional store-front or operate mobile units dedicated to the exclusive sale of Del's, we will assist you in finding the best location to establish your business. Additionally, we will guide you in applying for the appropriate business/food permits with your local departments of health and business regulation.
After your distributorship is successfully launched, our office staff will continue to be available as a helpful resource. We will make periodic visits to your business and/or accounts to ensure that you are maintaining the quality standards expected of a Del's Lemonade distributor. As with any business relationship, communication is the key to success. Our office will keep you informed of any new developments at the corporate level - this includes new flavors, products, techniques, and methods of preparation. Additionally, your business will continue to be supported from our investment in advertising with local co-op programs and national marketing firms.
