Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Apparel items may have longer lead times depending on print time and product availability.

Estimated delivery times are NOT guaranteed by Del’s Lemonade & Refreshments, Inc.

During periods of high demand, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional order transit time during period of peak seasonal demand.

If an order is required for a specific day and/or event, please contact our corporate office directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Rates

Freight and delivery charges are automatically calculated by weight and destination by www.stamps.com. Del’s Lemonade & Refreshments, Inc. has no control over these rates. Freight/delivery charges for customer orders will be displayed during the check-out process.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Del’s Lemonade & Refreshments, Inc. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once containing their order tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Del’s Lemonade & Refreshments, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Del’s Lemonade & Refreshments, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, Del’s Lemonade & Refreshments, Inc. does not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
